Mike Burke has senior sales management experience in electronics, contract manufacturing, and fabricated products. Prior to Fieldstone; Mike held several sales positions with leading manufacturers in the Southern California Marketplace. Mike has deep experience creating valued products and services to support targeted markets. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Irvine.
Jake joined Fieldstone in 2019 and has held various management positions across several industries before transitioning to the electronics industry in 2018. With over five years of experience, Jake’s primary goal is to not only help you find the best manufacturing partner but also to ensure that your company's supply chain is fully supported—from the first quote request to the moment your order arrives at your dock. Jake holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theater from Sonoma State University.
Madeline Russell joined Fieldstone Technical Solutions in 2024 with 7 years in the electronics distribution and technology industries. Madeline has been growing with the industry in Sales positions throughout this time. She strives in a cohesive work environment, utilizing skills in open communication and trust between her suppliers and customers. Madeline has a Bachelor of Arts in Public Communication & Rhetoric from Truman State University in Missouri.
When Mike isn’t working he’s outside. For over twenty years Mike has been cycling year round in San Diego and has completed 7 Iron Man Races in locations around the world. Every Winter, since his childhood on the East Coast, Mike hits the slopes skiing. Adventures drives Mike to enjoy life to its fullest, and in 2023 Mike completed his goal of visiting all 7 continents.
Jake is always up for an adventure, whether it’s flying to far-flung destinations or simply hitting “play”. The seeds of adventure were likely planted from his early toddler viewing of Star Wars and a lifetime playing The Legend of Zelda. Jake and his wife have shared adventures across the globe, from the rolling hills of Ireland, the streets of Italy, to the epic scenery of New Zealand. Jake’s love for movies, games, and books is rooted in his fascination with stories—always seeking what’s new, and what’s just a little bit extraordinary.
Madeline recently moved to Southern California from St. Louis; she's always loved the outdoors & being active, so Southern California is a perfect fit. When she's not working, she enjoys new adventures, reading, being outdoors and going on hikes or swims with her dog, Daisy. Madeline is still learning about San Diego, so she's taking recommendations for all of the best spots!
